1. Ensure that services such as gardening, housekeeping and security are being delivered properly. Take regular rounds to ensure that all common areas are well maintained 2. Identify areas that need improvement or repairs and coordinate with electrical, plumbin and housekeeping teams to get the work done 3. Coordinate with other vendors for AMC and repairs of facilities like pump house, generator, swimming pool, lifts etc
