1. Ensure that services such as gardening, housekeeping and security are being delivered properly. Take regular rounds to ensure that all common areas are well maintained 2. Identify areas that need improvement or repairs and coordinate with electrical, plumbin and housekeeping teams to get the work done 3. Coordinate with other vendors for AMC and repairs of facilities like pump house, generator, swimming pool, lifts etc 4. Work with AHT residents for collection of dues and proper maintenance of all records 5. Supervise any projects taken up for repairs or to improve the property 6. Act as point of contact for any issued faced by society residents
