Job Description

Strategic HR Planning Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Collaborate with the senior management team to understand overall organizational goals and develop HR initiatives accordingly. Talent Acquisition Lead the recruitment and selection process for all levels of positions. Identify effective channels for sourcing top talent and build a strong pipeline of candidates. Implement efficient and innovative selection methodologies to ensure the right fit for each role. Performance Management Design and maintain performance management systems, ensuring clarity and transparency in setting goals and expectations. Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluation results. Employee Relations Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a fair and prompt resolution process. Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs to foster a culture of appreciation. Learning and Development Identify training needs across departments and design appropriate development programs. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary improvements. HR Policies and Compliance Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring they comply with local labor laws and regulations. Communicate policies and provide guidance and support to employees and managers. Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements, recommending necessary changes to policies and procedures. HR Analytics and Reporting Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics and present insights to senior management. Provide data-driven recommendations for enhancing HR processes and initiatives.
