Prepare and execute action plans for a monthly and quarterly basis to meet immediate and long term sales targets. New clients acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA. Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing to increase the market share. Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management. Desired Candidate Profile Ability to work independently , to work effectively across functional lines , to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously , to make consequential decisions that brings projects , investigations , and other activities to closure. Candidate should have excellent communication skills. Customer focused: Should have an ability to engage the customers and partner to ramp up business support at the same time being able to deliver value. Job Knowledge - Good understanding of customer profile, markets and products and good networking skills.
