1. Responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings. 2. Needs to forecast the numbers of deliverable possible in an iteration, which is based on bandwidth and story points. 3. Capable to manage the project with agreed scope, timeline and expected quality. 4. Co-ordinate with Product owners to work on product backlog and new requests. 5. Guiding the team to incorporate Agile/Scrum practices. 6. Removing impediments or guiding team to remove it by finding the right personnel. Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
