Work as part of a team of UAT testers who are responsible for planning and execution of end to end User Acceptance Testing of customer support automations. Through collaboration with the stakeholders & other team members, they aim to deliver an exceptional customer experience of both new and existing automations and reduce rework. They need to be a big-picture thinker and strategic partner. They also should possess the technical know-how, fascination and ability to work with your team to make a big impact. Preferred candidate profile: Creating and executing UAT scenarios in addition to analyzing and documenting all programming defects in the automations, to ensure that developed automation policies satisfied the business needs as specified in the functional requirements (RFA). Working closely with the stakeholders, develops detailed testing plans and schedules. Understanding the connections between the scenarios that are to be tested and the test strategy defined. Basic coding experience using JavaScript Understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) protocols and methodologies Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment Ability to quickly learn and transfer knowledge to the team Strong communication and organization skills Effective people and stakeholder management skills.
