1. 1+ years of experience in outbound lead generation/ business development roles in a B2B SaaS organization. 2. Excellent customer-facing skills using written or verbal communication. 3. Experience in generating leads in the India/ MEA region 4. Highly organized around metrics and able to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated to generate pipeline. 5. Experience in working on tools like Salesforce, Outplay, and other sales engagement platforms. 6. Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well 7. Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
